I am a
Professor of Statistics and (by courtesy) Computer Science. My research interests include
statistical/machine learning, probabilistic graph models, image
analysis, and applications in biomedicine, engineering, and meteorology.
Research
My current research work includes high dimensional clustering and classification, learning in the Wasserstein metric space, hidden Markov models, and applications in biomedicine, computational psychology, and meteorology. Please refer to my recent publications for details.
